Tara Fletcher

For about 10 years, I have practiced deep breathing to alleviate stress and insomnia. I After the death of my daughter in 2022, I was struggling emotionally so I went online to find guided meditations to help me cope. I never found a guide I connected with so I developed my own meditation. As I began to feel the benefits, I thought that this should be available to everyone. I am now a certified meditation practitioner and teacher ready to share what I've learned with others.
